Family and community are at the cornerstone of Erin’s life, both personally and professionally. A native of Vero Beach, Florida, she and her husband, Michael, live in our community today, raising their daughter and two sons. She returned home after graduating from Marquette University Law School, where she served as the Student Bar Association President, to work with her father in his personal injury practice. The firm known today as Grall Law Group.

Specializing in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Erin is an advocate for her clients in and out of the courtroom. She guides her clients through the legal process, providing the advice and advocacy they need in order to focus on their own families, their recovery, and their personal lives.

Having represented hundreds of clients and recovered millions of dollars in compensation for their injuries and losses, Erin is dedicated to achieving fair and just resolutions for her clients while maintaining a commitment to integrity and deep respect for the legal system.

Understanding the needs of the Treasure Coast community has always been important to Erin. Erin has – and continues to – work to respond to those needs so that individuals and families can thrive. Through her work and leadership with many non-profit organizations, it is clear giving back is hard-wired into her.

The ultimate demonstration of Erin’s dedication to our community began in 2016 when she was elected to the Florida House of Representatives. After serving for six years in the Florida House, Erin was elected to the Florida Senate, District 29, in 2022 and represents Indian River, Okeechobee, Glades, Highlands, and a large portion of St. Lucie County.
