Erin K. Grall, Partner

Personal Injury Attorney

Family and community are at the cornerstone of Erin K. Grall’s life, both personally and professionally. A native of Vero Beach, Florida, she lives in our community today, raising her daughter and two sons alongside her husband, Michael. She returned home after graduating from Marquette University Law School, where she served as the Student Bar Association President, to work with her father in his personal injury practice. The family firm has grown into today’s Grall Law Group.

Specializing in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Erin is an advocate for her clients in and out of the courtroom. She guides her clients through the legal process, unburdening them and providing the support they need so they can focus on their own families, their recovery, and their personal lives.

Having represented hundreds of clients and recovered millions of dollars in compensation for their injuries and losses, Erin is dedicated to achieving fair and just resolutions for her clients while upholding the commitment to integrity and respect the legal system is due.

A devoted member of the Treasure Coast community, Erin has – and continues to – donate her time to ensure the betterment of our community. She is committed to community service and is active in many aspects of Indian River County, including being integral in bringing Whole Child Indian River to our county.

Erin’s ultimate demonstration of her dedication to our community began in 2016 when District 54, representing Indian River County and a portion of St. Lucie County, elected her to the Florida House of Representatives. In 2022, she was elected to the Florida Senate, District 29, and represents Indian River, Okeechobee, Glades, Highlands, and a large portion of St. Lucie County.
